EJP Outreach Volunteers collects submitted information only to organize EJP Evangelism, ANAGKAZO OUTREACH, and Impact Centre Chretien Moncton activities.

Data collected

Name, phone, WhatsApp, email, city, language, availability, service areas, ride needs, comments, and attendance confirmations.

Use

Data is used to plan teams, confirm attendance, organize rides, send reminders, and provide internal administrative follow-up.

Protection

Sensitive information is never displayed publicly. Administration access requires authentication, and secrets are stored as environment variables.

Consent

Every form requires explicit consent to be contacted for EJP and ICC Moncton activities. Anyone may request correction or deletion of their information.
